How do I install my furniture?

For our bathroom furniture, an installation guide is available here. The installation of vanity units, wall-hung or wall-mounted elements must be carried out by a professional (wall fixings not supplied)

How do I care for my furniture?

The maintenance of wooden furniture differs depending on the wood type and its finish. For a detailed care guide adapted to each material, visit the Materials and care page here.

How do I make a return? Are returns free?

Tikamoon offers you 60 days to return your order (or part of it) free of charge. To request your return, contact us by email at info@tikamoon.com or via the contact form here. All costs are then covered by us, you just need to repack the product and the carrier will come to collect it. If you are not sure about keeping your furniture, it is therefore best to keep the packaging. For more information on the returns procedure, visit the Delivery and returns page here.
