Our furniture is crafted from solid wood, retaining the nobility of the tree with minimal processing. As a natural product, slight colour nuances or size deviations may occur. Minor irregularities reflect the authenticity of each piece. At Tikamoon, every product is unique, handmade by skilled artisans.
Yes, our furniture is delivered fully assembled. Only the legs or handles may require minimal assembly on your part, to prevent damage during transport.
For larger items, please make sure to measure your rooms, door frames, stairwells, lifts, and any other access points to your home before placing your order.
We do not offer custom-made furniture, and our pieces are not customisable. They are only available in the sizes, finishes, and configurations shown on our website.
No, our bathroom furniture (sold separately from the basin) is not pre-drilled. This allows you to position the taps and basin according to your specific needs and the layout of your bathroom.
We do not supply bathroom accessories such as taps, drains, or siphons.
Our furniture and washbasins meet UK standards. Accessories can be purchased at specialised or DIY stores.
Here are the bathroom accessories we recommend:
- A universal click-clack waste is perfectly suited to our basins, with the size 1 1/4 inches.
- For closed compartments, a standard siphon (adjustable height from 110 to 150mm)
- For furniture with an open shelf, a compact siphon is more appropriate, with an adjustable height from 100 to 150mm

Here are some tips to help ensure the color of your furniture matches your expectations:
If you want several pieces of furniture to match in the same room, choose items from the same collection. The colour and finish will be very similar, though natural variations in the wood may occur.
You can also mix furniture made from the same type of wood, but please remember that each piece is handcrafted. Each piece is unique, so there may be slight variations in color between two pieces of furniture of the same type of wood. This is an integral part of the charm of solid wood furniture.
Most of our products are packaged in reinforced cardboard boxes to ensure protection during transport. Fragile items, such as sinks, stone or terrazzo tops, are delivered in wooden crates.

All Installation for vanity units should be carried out by a professional. Hanging furniture and wall installations should also be carried out by a professional as wall conditions may vary. For this reason, we do not provide screw for the wall brackets.

Order
To track your order, simply click on the link included in your shipping confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link. If your order includes several small parcels, you'll receive multiple links (1 parcel = 1 link).
For any request to modify or cancel your order, we invite you to email us at info@tikamoon.com as soon as possible after placing your order, so we can take the necessary steps before it is dispatched. Shipments via GLS cannot be cancelled until after the first delivery attempt.
Please note that for certain changes, it may be necessary to refund your original order and place a new one. If the order couldn't be intercepted, the refund will be delayed (a return confirmation from the carrier is required for the refund).
Your invoice will be available as soon as your order is shipped. We send the invoice by mail upon request.
Please note that we cannot edit invoices once your order has been processed.
Go to the My Account section and click on "My personal information". From there, you can then modify the pre-filled fields. Remember to save your changes by clicking "Validate" at the bottom of the page.
If you have any ongoing orders, the information linked to them will not be updated automatically. We therefore invite you to send us the new details by email at info@tikamoon.com.
We are a French company, with our warehouse located in northern France. Despite the occasional customs checks due to Brexit, we are committed to delivering your order as swiftly as possible. We work closely with our partners to keep any delays to a minimum, ensuring that your goods arrive with only a slight extension to the delivery time, if needed.

Tikamoon works with a trusted payment partner who uses advanced encryption and authentication tools to ensure the security of your card information. Our partner employs SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, which makes your data unreadable to any unauthorised person attempting to intercept it. Although we take every precaution to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Therefore, any transmission of information via our website is at your own risk. To prevent others from accessing your card information during your purchase, we recommend logging out of your account and closing your browser at the end of your visit, especially if you are using a shared or public computer.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered. They are indicated on the product page and in the basket at the time of purchase.
If you would like a delayed shipment, it is possible to postpone the dispatch of an item marked as available within 7 or 10 days, by up to one month. To arrange this, simply contact customer service when placing your order.

Shipping costs vary depending on the type of delivery chosen (Standard, Premium) as well as the total amount of your basket. You can find the full delivery pricing table here: Delivery and Returns.
We cannot reduce the delivery time given at the time of purchase. Your furniture may arrive earlier than the stated time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this in advance.
Unfortunately, we can only deliver items to one address per order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery.
Our standard 2-man delivery service operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We do not deliver on weekends.
A delivery notice will be left in your letter box advising the next steps, either redelivery or collection from the local Post Office.
BJS will inform us of the failed delivery and new arrangements will be made.
Yes, our furniture arrives fully assembled. Only the legs or handles may require light assembly on your part, to prevent damage during transport.
The dimensions of the products and their packaging are indicated on each product page. We recommend measuring your space as well as access points, including staircases, before delivery to ensure the product fits and can be easily installed in the desired room. Generally, the width of the door should be greater than the height of the box. Other factors to consider include:
- Obstructions behind the door
- Tight corners
- Hallways or internal doors
- Staircases (including their length)
- Elevator dimensions
The dimensions of the products and packaging are provided on each product page. We recommend measuring your space and access points, including stairways, before delivery to ensure the product fits and can be brought into the intended room.
Hoisting or window deliveries are not possible.

Product care / Installation
The maintenance of wooden furniture depends on the type of wood and its finish. For a detailed maintenance guide tailored to each material, visit our Care page.
Yes. Teak furniture should be protected for improved longevity. Stains from water can only be removed by sanding, so take care, especially in bathrooms. We strongly recommend that you protect the surface of frequently exposed furniture, such as bathroom surfaces. If left unprotected indoors, teak will naturally patinate to a golden-brown color over time. Our care tips are available on every product page, as well as on our dedicated care guide.
All our oils and varnishes are water-based products. We recommend maintenance once a year or as required. For more information, please visit our Care page.
Taking certain precautions while handling and moving furniture can help prevent damage. Here are some tips:
- Bend your knees to lift the furniture and use your leg muscles for support.
- Use bubble wrap or plastic sheets to wrap your furniture, for extra protection against possible scratches or scuffs.
- AVOID dragging furniture. Instead, lift it off the ground to prevent damage.
- While moving furniture, be cautious of walls and floors. Covering walls with moving blankets and using corrugated cardboard on the floor can provide extra protection.
- If you're moving heavy furniture, consider getting help. Even experienced movers should take precautions to prevent strain or damage.
Warranty & Returns
Yes, returns are free. If you change your mind, you have 60 days to contact us and we will collect the furniture. All costs are covered by us — you just need to repack the product, and the carrier will come to pick it up.
If you are unsure about keeping your furniture, it is therefore best to keep the packaging. For more information on the return procedure, please visit the Delivery and Returns page.
Tikamoon offers you 60 days to return your order (or part of it) free of charge. To request a return, please contact us by email at info@tikamoon.com or via the online contact form.
To return an item, it needs to be packaged securely to avoid damage during transport.
If you no longer have the original packaging, you may use bubble wrap, cardboard or any suitable materials. Unpackaged items will not be accepted by the carrier.
Exception: if you booked a premium delivery service with us.
If you're satisfied with your product, you can recycle or dispose of the packaging.
However, if you're considering a return, it's important to keep the original packaging. For returns, you will need to carefully repackage the item yourself.
For Premium delivery, please ensure the product meets your expectations before the delivery team takes the packaging away.

That's why we review our furniture to identify and eliminate unnecessary elements, such as certain back panels, and reuse offcuts and waste materials to create internal panels and drawers. Gift card
Choose your favourite pieces at tikamoon.co.uk. At checkout, enter the unique code from your card in the "discount code" field. The amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.
Your gift card is valid for 1 year on the tikamoon website. It can only be used once. If the card amount exceeds the total of your order, the difference will be lost. If your purchase is higher than the gift card, the payment must be completed with another accepted method. The gift card amount does not apply to delivery costs. Only one gift card can be used per order. Gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Only tikamoon gift cards can be used on our website. The tikamoon gift card is available exclusively on the tikamoon website.
No, the gift card is not personal. A unique code will be sent by email after the purchase. It is the recipient's responsibility to keep the code confidential.
The purchaser of the card has a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the receipt of the gift card. This right can only be exercised if the card has not yet been used. For the recipient, the gift card cannot be refunded, even partially, including in cases of loss, theft, damage, or expiration.
If you return a product purchased with a gift card,in line with our return policy, a credit note equivalent to the amount paid by gift card will be issued, and any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the original payment method.
The expiry date of this credit note will be the same as the expiry date of the gift card, if still valid. Otherwise, the credit note will be valid for 3 months from its issue date.
This credit note can only be used on the tikamoon website.

We will respond as soon as possible. In the meantime, please keep the packaging in case a return is necessary. We recommend checking your furniture upon receipt, even if you're not planning to use it immediately.
