Terms and Conditions – Gift Card
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use and applicable provisions of the gift card (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Card”) issued by TICKET FOR THE MOON, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €31,600, whose registered office is located at 4 Allée du Progrès, Parc AREA, Englos (59320), and registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 492 684 279 (hereinafter “TIKAMOON”).
1. Purpose
The Gift Card is a prepaid, non-personalised means of payment offered by TIKAMOON, enabling the holder to make purchases on the official website https://tikamoon.co.uk, up to the available balance.
It does not, under any circumstances, constitute a bank account, a payment instrument within the meaning of the French Monetary and Financial Code, nor a form of credit.
2. Terms of Purchase
The Gift Card is available for purchase exclusively on the website https://tikamoon.co.uk.
The purchaser selects the value of the Card (within the range offered), provides the required details, and completes payment.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the Gift Card is delivered electronically to the purchaser’s email address, in accordance with the selected method.
The purchase of the Gift Card is reserved for private individuals.
3. Activation and Validity
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After this period, any remaining balance will be permanently lost. No refund or reactivation will be possible after expiry.
4. Conditions of Use
The Gift Card may be used in a single transaction only.
If the order amount is less than the card balance, the difference is permanently lost and cannot give rise to any refund or credit.
It is valid only on the websitehttps://tikamoon.co.uk , across the entire online catalogue, including discounted products (excluding promotional codes).
The Gift Card may only be used to pay for purchases in pounds (£).
Only one Gift Card may be used per order.
It cannot be combined with another gift card or promotional code for the same purchase.
If the purchase amount exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the customer must pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
The Gift Card balance cannot be applied to delivery charges.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
The Gift Card cannot be refunded, even partially, including in cases of loss, theft, damage, or expiry.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, cheques, bank transfers, or any other form of payment.
The Gift Card may not be resold or used for commercial or advertising purposes.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The purchaser has a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the Gift Card.
This right may only be exercised if the Gift Card has not yet been used.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must contact our customer service at
info@tikamoon.com, providing the order number and the card number.
7. Returns and Refund Policy
In the event of a return of a product purchased with a Gift Card, and subject to compliance with our return policy, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid with the Gift Card will be issued, and any remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded to the original payment method.
The expiry date of such store credit will match the expiry date of the Gift Card if still valid. Otherwise, the store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
This store credit may only be used on https://www.tikamoon.co.uk.
No refund in cash, by bank transfer, or any other means of payment will be made for the portion paid with the Gift Card.
8. Loss, Theft, or Fraud
The Gift Card is treated as a bearer instrument. Anyone in possession of the code may use it.
TIKAMOON shall not be held liable in the event of loss, theft, fraudulent use, or unauthorised use of the Gift Card.
It is the holder’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the card code.
9. Personal Data

The purchaser has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, which may be exercised by contacting: info@tikamoon.com.
10. Amendments to the Terms
These Terms may be amended at any time by TIKAMOON. The applicable version shall be the one in force on the date of the Client’s order placement and confirmation on the website https://tikamoon.co.uk.

12. Disputes
This contract is governed by UK law. In the event of a dispute, the Client must first contact TIKAMOON in order to seek an amicable resolution.
Failing an amicable resolution, and regardless of the origin of the dispute, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent territorial jurisdiction, in accordance with common law rules.
