No, if you already have a Customer account with us, you can become a member of the Loyalty Programme just by ticking the Terms and Conditions acceptance box, in the My Account > Loyalty Programme section.

You earn points with every purchase you make on our website or in the shop, €1 spent = 1 point earned*.

Points are automatically added to your account within approximately 3 to 5 days after you’ve made your purchase.

For Customers who already had a Tikamoon Customer account before 2 July 2025, we have decided to allocate the number of points equating to the value of their purchases made within the 24 months preceding the Loyalty Programme’s launch.

Loyalty actions cannot be taken into account in this calculation.

Yes, points accumulated are valid for 24 months.

Yes, you would automatically lose the points corresponding to the cancelled or returned items.

If you already have a Customer account:

Customers who already had a Tikamoon Customer account before the launch of the Loyalty Programme (2 July 2025) can sign up to the Loyalty Programme via the “Loyalty Programme” tab on their Customer account or when making their next purchase. Following their enrolment, they will be able to access the Tier equating to the number of points accumulated based on the purchases they have made within the 24 months preceding their sign-up to the Programme. Then, depending on their purchases or loyalty actions, they can earn points to progress within the various Tiers.

If you don’t yet have a Customer account:

From 2 July 2025, all new Customers signed up to the Loyalty Programme reach the various Tiers depending on the number of points they have accumulated based on their purchases and loyalty actions. Points acquired are valid for 24 months.

There are four Tiers.

• Customers reach the SEED Tier by accumulating between 0 and 499 points
• Customers reach the SAPLING Tier by accumulating between 500 and 1,199 points.
• Customers reach the FOLIAGE Tier by accumulating between 1,200 and 1,999 points.
• Customers reach the CANOPY Tier by accumulating more than 2,000 points.

Levelling up to the higher Tier automatically occurs when a Customer has accumulated sufficient points. This allows them to benefit from the advantages of the new Tier reached, for at least 12 months.

12 months after the date of reaching their last Tier, a calculation of accumulated points over the last 24 months is done to determine whether the Customer maintains their current Tier or drops back down to one of the lower Tiers.
