Slender and graphic, the Clarisse chair brings a light silhouette to the table. Its two-rail ladder back and slim legs in black-stained solid elm draw a clean line, softened by a woven paper cord seat. Discreet yet full of character, it feels at home in a contemporary dining room as well as in a more authentic interior.
Beneath the varnish, the black stain lets the grain of the elm show through, while the natural-toned weave adds texture and warmth. This interplay between the depth of the wood and the softness of the fibre gives the chair a balance that is both understated and alive. Built with mortise and tenon joints, it arrives fully assembled, ready to live alongside you.
Around a light wood table, it creates an elegant contrast; set in a row, it forms a harmonious, welcoming table setting. It also slips easily in front of a desk, keeping you company through everyday moments.
