Tikamoon x American Vintage Giveaway Rules

Article 1 – Organisers

The “Tikamoon x American Vintage” giveaway (hereinafter the “Giveaway”) is jointly organised by:

TICKET FOR THE MOON (TFTM), a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €31,600, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 492 684 279, whose registered office is located at 4 Allée du Progrès – 59320 ENGLOS, operating the Tikamoon brand (hereinafter “Tikamoon”);

AARON, a limited liability company (SARL) with share capital of €150,000, registered with the Toulon Trade and Companies Register under number 439 224 544, whose registered office is located at Allée de Stockholm Zone d'Activité 83870 Signes, operating the American Vintage brand (hereinafter “American Vintage”);

hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organisers”.

Tikamoon is the point of contact for participants for any questions relating to the Giveaway, at the address specified in Article 10. Each Organiser provides the winner directly with its own brand’s gift card.

Article 2 – Duration

The Giveaway runs from 3 October 2026 at 08:00 to 16 October 2026 at 23:59, Paris time. Any entry received outside this period will not be considered.

Article 3 – Eligibility

The Giveaway is free to enter, with no purchase necessary. It is open to any individual aged at least 18 at the time of entry who resides in mainland France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

Employees of the Organisers, anyone involved in designing or organising the Giveaway, and members of their households are excluded.

Participation requires a personal Instagram account that remains public throughout the Giveaway, and compliance with Instagram’s terms of use. The Organisers may ask the winner to provide proof of age and residence; failure to do so will invalidate their entry.

Article 4 – How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Giveaway period:

• Follow the Instagram accounts @tikamoon and @americanvintage_officiel;
• Like the Giveaway post;
• Tag three different people in a comment under that post.

Only one entry per Instagram account is accepted, regardless of the number of comments posted. Entries that are incomplete, automated, submitted from accounts created specifically for the Giveaway, or contrary to these rules will not be accepted.

Article 5 – Prize

One winner will receive:

• A Tikamoon gift card worth €500, including VAT;
• An American Vintage gift card worth €500, including VAT.

The total prize value is €1,000, including VAT. Each gift card is subject to the issuing brand’s terms of use (validity, redemption channels and delivery charges), available at https://www.tikamoon.com/general-terms/giftcard and https://www.americanvintage-store.com/amv-vip.html.

The prize is awarded to the named winner. It cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event of force majeure, the Organisers may replace it with a prize of equivalent value.

Article 6 – Selection of the Winner

The winner will be drawn at random on 17 October 2026 from all valid entries using the APPSORTEOS tool, which randomly selects a comment under the Giveaway post. Entries will be checked before the result is confirmed.

The winner’s Instagram username will be published on the Organisers’ accounts on 17 October 2026. By entering, the winner agrees to the publication of their username, without any compensation other than the prize.

Article 7 – Contacting the Winner and Delivering the Prize

The winner will be contacted by direct message exclusively from the official @tikamoon or @americanvintage_officiel account. They will have 7 days to respond and provide the information required to receive their prize. If they fail to do so, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn under the same conditions.

The gift cards will be sent by Instagram direct message within 30 days of receipt of this information.

The Organisers never request payment, bank details or passwords to deliver a prize. Any such message comes from a fake account and must be ignored.

Article 8 – Personal Data

Data controllers. Tikamoon and American Vintage are joint controllers of the personal data relating to the Giveaway, under an agreement allocating their respective obligations. Participants may contact either Organiser.

Data processed. For all participants: Instagram username, comments and interactions with the Giveaway post. For the winner only: surname, first name, email address and, if necessary, proof of age and residence.

Purposes and legal basis. This data is used solely to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, select and contact the winner, and deliver their prize. Processing is based on the performance of these rules, which participants accept by entering. No data is used for direct marketing purposes or added to a marketing database.

Recipients. Only the Organisers’ teams responsible for the Giveaway and, where applicable, the judicial commissioner and the random draw tool have access to the data. Data published on Instagram remains subject to Meta’s privacy policy, which may involve transfers outside the European Union.

Retention period. Participants’ data is retained until 12 after the Giveaway ends. The winner’s data is retained until the prize has been delivered, and then for the applicable limitation period in the event of a claim.

Participants’ rights. Each participant has the right to access, rectify and erase their data, restrict its processing and object to its processing. They may exercise these rights by writing to donnees-personnelles@tikamoon.com or dpo@am-vintage.com They may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or the data protection authority in their country of residence. Deleting their comment before the draw withdraws their entry.

Article 9 – Instagram and Meta

The Giveaway is neither organised, sponsored nor administered by Instagram or Meta, and is not associated with either of them. Participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability relating to the Giveaway. Information supplied by participants is provided to the Organisers, not to Instagram or Meta.

Article 10 – Liability and Complaints

The Organisers are not responsible for malfunctions of Instagram or the Internet, or for entries that are lost or not recorded for reasons beyond their control. They may disqualify any fraudulent entry and, if circumstances require, modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway without incurring liability. Any modification will be set out in an amendment filed under the same conditions as these rules.

Any complaint must be submitted in writing to Social Media Manager tikamoon, 4 Allée du Progrès – 59320 ENGLOS, no later than 20 days after the Giveaway ends. After this deadline, complaints will no longer be considered.

Article 11 – Access to the Rules

These rules are available free of charge throughout the Giveaway at https://www.tikamoon.co.uk/general-terms/contest, accessible from the bios of the Organisers’ Instagram accounts. Entering the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 12 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These rules are governed by French law, without depriving participants of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before bringing proceedings before the competent courts. The French version of these rules shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with a translation.
