Beautiful piece of furniture, imperfect finishes in several places (a few small cracks), but the wood is good overall. After long discussions with customer service, they offered me solutions (I took photos/videos when unpacking the furniture).

Furniture arrived with a broken interior shelf. Problem resolved by a customer service department that was understaffed and therefore very improvable. That said, compensation was offered to us and we accepted it. Problems can happen, but the customer should not contact customer service again to get a response. Answer the phone and don't take 2 weeks to resolve and satisfy a legitimately dissatisfied customer. Disappointed by Tikamoon's responsiveness but satisfied with the product and the compensation offered.
