Our products are transported confined in containers, it is unfortunately possible that an odor remains upon unpacking. Normally this fades in a few days after aeration of the product. We are sorry that the rendering of rosewood which is a naturally variegated wood does not meet your expectations, our customer service has just contacted you in order to find a solution for these issues.
