We would like to reassure you about the measures taken by Tikamoon to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.

All employees at our head office are now teleworking, but this does not detract from our ability to deliver excellent customer service.

    Your delivery:

Our logistics site continues to operate and dispatch your orders within the usual deadlines*. We have reinforced health measures to ensure the safety of our employees and the proper preparation of your orders.

Our transport partners are also taking all necessary measures to ensure that your delivery takes place in compliance with recommended health regulations.

Delivery of heavy items :

Owing to the operational challenges facing the global logistics network, there may be a slight delay on your order during this period. However, we would like reassure all of our customers that deliveries continue to be guaranteed. Due to new health procedures implemented by BJS, they will no longer be able to offer room of choice delivery and can only deliver to the hallway. They will also be offering a 1 rather than 2 man delivery service in accordance with social distancing guidelines. We are currently unable to deliver to the following postcodes: KW1, PA21, PH30, PH49, IV51, IV1, IV41. We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and endeavour to resume delivering to these regions once we can safely do so.

Our free returns period has been extended to 60 days, from 20 March 2020.
