I am great fan of tikamoon and their products. i am even more so impressed with their customer service skills. the tikamoon team are simply too kind and thoughtful of the customer. i can guarantee that if you are not happy with anything , or it simply doesnt appear as you thought it would in your room, tikamoom is more than happy to accomodate. tikamoon is very efficient as an organisation, they respond within 24 hours of your emails. i would always invest in an organisation like tikamoon. other retailers need to learn from tikamoon how to offer great customer satisfsction without any kind of fuss. i have purchased a tv cabinet, side board and nestling tables. they were all beautifully well packed and delivered securely. the products were exactly on the website. great merchandise and a great company. thank you tikamoon sajid hussain united kingdom

Very nice placemat, however our stone slabs have a completely different color than in the pictures, our stone is medium gray, in the pictures the stone is pink-beige.

The product does not quite match the presentation on the homepage. the color of the stone slab is gray instead of red-brown. there are traces of glue on the flagstone. otherwise a very nice table.

Very nice quality tables. be careful, contrary to what the photos show, the stone top is gray (which for me is ultimately better suited to my decoration). i had a problem with the coffee table. while the package must have contained a, b, c, d legs, i had a, b, a, d legs. it was still possible to mount it but without being able to stiffen everything as planned at the base. i had to look for the right screws and bolts to finish the assembly. following this problem, customer service was reactive, but they could not send me the missing foot. they then offered me a partial refund, a return or a voucher.

Very pretty tables that fit well into a modern and refined interior. solid manufacturing, be careful however to read the description: the tray is not stone but plywood stone (a thin sheet covers the surface of the tray. very happy with our purchase!
